Professional Plans are annual subscriptions. You can make changes to your plan at any time. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to Blue J until the end of your subscription period. We offer more options for Enterprise Plans - if you are interested in learning more about Enterprise, contact our sales team.

No. All credit card activity and information is handled by our third-party provider, Stripe.
Security and Trust are fundamental to the services we provide and Blue J is committed to ensuring that our product and processes employ enterprise-grade best practices to keep your data safe. We work with an independent auditor to maintain a SOC 2 Type 2 report, on an annual basis, which objectively certifies our controls to ensure the continuous security of our customers' data.
Customers on the Enterprise plan have access to a dedicated customer representative, custom training and prescriptive guidance, customized implementation services, access to the Help Center, onboarding and on-demand training, a security walkthrough by Blue J’s experts, and custom SSO options. Customers on the Professional Blue J plan have access to Blue J’s Help Center and the Blue J Trust Center.
We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to Blue J until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to Blue J and all data associated with your account.
